HR Regional Manager - Remote

Overview

The HR Regional Manager will be responsible for establishing HR structures in the designated region, advising businesses on HR-related topics, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

In Short

• Build HR structure in the region with the recruiting team.
• Advise businesses on HR-related topics along the employee lifecycle.
• Regular visits to sites in the region to connect teams and identify personnel needs.
• Identify regional HR needs and coordinate with HR Business Partner.
• Contribute to modern HR work and development of Dutch HR processes for the German market.
• Participate in strategic HR initiatives and pilot projects.
• Ensure compliance with labor law requirements in the region.
• Proactively drive HR topics and bring in own ideas for improvement.
• Prepare HR reports and support management decisions.

Requirements

• Several years of HR experience, ideally as HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Initial leadership experience or high potential to grow into a leadership role.
• Solid knowledge in personnel management and labor law.
• Hands-on mentality and desire to build rather than work in a rigid corporate environment.
• Independent thinking and ownership of responsibilities.
• Results-driven and structured approach.
• Excellent communication skills and positive demeanor.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
• Fluent in English, Dutch is optional.
