Overview

The HR Data & Process Specialist role focuses on improving data structures and simplifying processes to ensure valid and audit-ready information for CSRD reporting.

• Responsible for data collection, validation, and quality assurance.
• Focus on CSRD reporting and continuous improvement of data flows.
• Collaboration with HR, Finance, and Sustainability teams.
• Analyze and structure HR and reporting data.
• Develop dashboards using tools like Power BI.
• Ensure audit-compliant data flows and documentation.
• Act as a contact point for data-related inquiries.
• Identify and address system and process gaps.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Contribute to the development of HR/reporting systems.

Requirements

• Experience in an analytical role (HR, Finance, Data Analysis).
• Understanding of systems and processes.
• High data affinity and structured work approach.
• Experience with HR-IT or ERP systems (e.g., AFAS, SAP).
• Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both digital and in-person.
• Fluency in German and English; Dutch is advantageous.
