Overview

The Senior Engineering Manager for Communities at NEOM is responsible for overseeing the development and management of engineering documentation to ensure successful project delivery within the assigned neighborhoods in Phase 1 of THE LINE.

• Lead engineering management for selected neighborhoods in NEOM.

Requirements

• 15+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in senior roles.
• Proven track record in engineering project management.
• Experience in the GCC preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and develop solutions.
• Experience with large building projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
