Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Requirements Lead to join our team! In this role, you will lead the process of gathering and documenting all technical, operational, and stakeholder requirements for the airport infrastructure programme.

In Short

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation for airport infrastructure projects.
• Work with clients, stakeholders, engineers, and architects.
• Develop clear and concise requirement specifications.
• Ensure requirements are traceable, verifiable, and aligned with project objectives.
• Act as primary contact for all requirements-related discussions.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations for stakeholder engagement.
• Manage requirements reviews and approval processes.
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams for testing and validation.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on requirements status.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in requirements management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in requirements management.
• Strong track record managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in requirements engineering processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• CBAP or equivalent certification preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the airport sector.
• Experience with requirements management tools like IBM DOORS or JIRA.
