A client-facing Requirements Analyst will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, documenting, and communicating clients' and stakeholders' business needs and requirements. The role ensures that project goals are aligned with these needs, contributing to the successful completion of projects.

Elicit and gather requirements from internal teams, external clients, market research, and compliance guidelines

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related experience
Certification in Business Analysis a plus
Must have healthcare experience in commercial, Medicaid, or ACA
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT requirements management within a health plan payer environment (developing, reviewing, and analyzing), documentation, system development, or business analysis
Strong analytical skills to solve complex issues and suggest improvements
Collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and people skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology, including decomposing requirements into user stories
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and in teams
