Requirements Analyst (Remote Opportunity)

Overview

Mind Computing is seeking a highly talented Requirements Analyst who will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the clarity and completeness of business requirements. In this dynamic and Agile environment, you will work with business customers to develop functional and non-functional IT requirements and use cases. This role includes setting up the requirements elicitation, documentation, and publishing process for the business, and transitioning the requirements package to appropriate IT services. You will serve as a key communicator between the Business, Strategy, and Solutioning teams, ensuring that the business needs are accurately captured and transitioned to the appropriate product development groups.

In Short

• Assist Business Customers in identifying business needs and gaps.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
• Develop detailed elicitation processes, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Create Business Process Models using BPMN.
• Manage changes to requirements and conduct impact analysis.
• Maintain and manage requirements documentation in various platforms.
• Perform quality assurance tasks for documentation accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Expertise in business requirements analysis and elicitation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Salesforce, and Jira.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
