SAP Requirements Manager (gn) - Remote

Overview

As an SAP Requirements Manager (gn), you will take responsibility for the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of our SAP solutions in a full-time role (40 hours/week). You will work closely with cross-functional teams and significantly contribute to the further development of our IT landscape.

In Short

• You will manage and prioritize the planning and implementation of optimizations in our SAP system, develop strategies, and ensure smooth integration with other systems.
• You will be responsible for the stable, secure, and audit-proof operation of the SAP system at TQG.
• You will ensure system performance monitoring and manage our service provider to ensure security, compliance, and data integrity, working closely with future super-users to identify optimization potential.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to adapt SAP solutions to business requirements and act as an interface between technology and departments.
• You will lead the collaboration with our external partners and service providers and internal IT teams, organizing user training as needed and ensuring effective system usage.
• You are familiar with all core processes of SAP used at TQG, drive their further development, and continuously improve documentation.

Requirements

• You have a degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field and bring at least 5 years of experience in managing and optimizing SAP systems.
• You have in-depth knowledge of business processes in areas such as finance, procurement, or supply chain and expertise in SAP technologies and system integration (ideally with S4/Hana Public Cloud).
• You excel in project management, analytical thinking, and possess strong communication skills.
• Certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate or PMP are advantageous.
• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, at a very high level.
