Requirements Manager / PMO - Remote

Overview

The Requirements Manager / PMO will be responsible for collecting, defining, and validating business and regulatory requirements in collaboration with key users and stakeholders in the chemical sector.

In Short

• Collect, define, and validate business and regulatory requirements.
• Translate REACH-related compliance requirements into technical documentation and backlog items.
• Support UAT and system validation activities for regulatory accuracy.
• Collaborate with PMs, Product Owners, and development teams.
• Act as PMO lead for requirement tracking and status reporting.
• Coordinate ongoing alignment with ECHA and European regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• Strong background in REACH compliance and chemical regulation.
• Proven experience in PMO and requirements engineering roles.
• Experience with tools like DOORS, ClearCase, and Matlab/Simulink.
• Solid understanding of agile practices and backlog management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with complex regulatory topics.
• Fluent in German.
