Overview

The Requirements and Configuration Manager at Parsons is responsible for managing the requirements and configuration processes on a large Metro program, ensuring all project requirements are captured and managed throughout the project lifecycle.

In Short

• Lead Systems Engineering activities in accordance with ISO/IEC 15288.
• Manage requirements and configuration management processes.
• Utilize tools like DOORS/DNG and Comply Pro 2.
• Develop customized requirements management plans.
• Facilitate documentation and validation of project requirements.
• Conduct configuration audits and manage change control processes.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to management activities.
• Provide training and support to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Identify improvements to management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in requirements and configuration management.
• Proficiency in management tools and software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in client interfacing roles or consultancy.
• Familiarity with systems engineering principles.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• GCC experience preferred.
