VAST Data is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team!

In Short

  • Be part of a fast-growing infrastructure company focused on AI.

  • Manage customer installations, upgrades, and escalations.

  • Respond quickly to technical support issues.
  • Lead customer review meetings.

  • Ensure full adoption of VAST products.
  • Balance KPIs with customer satisfaction.
  • Be a self-starter and highly organized.

Requirements

  • Customer obsessed and self-motivated.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and networking.
  • Knowledge of Linux system administration.
  • Experience with network configurations and troubleshooting.
  • In-depth knowledge of storage and high-performance computing is a plus.
  • MS or B.Sc. in CS, CE, EE or related fields.
  • Willingness to travel around 20% of the time.
  • Team player with a flexible attitude.
