Overview

As the Senior Vice President, Revenue Strategy, you will act as a key executive leader and strategic advisor to the Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing Strategic Accounts, Regional Sales, and leading the creation and execution of a company-wide Cross-Sell strategy.

In Short

  • Co-lead revenue strategy alongside the CRO, defining long-term vision and execution.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment between Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
  • Design and optimize organizational structure and incentive strategies.
  • Lead and mentor Strategic Accounts and Regional Sales leadership teams.
  • Drive consistency in sales methodologies and pipeline management.
  • Develop and lead a company-wide Cross-Sell program.
  • Own enterprise-wide sales forecasting discipline in partnership with Revenue Operations.
  • Act as a strategic representative of the CRO in leadership forums.
  • Build and strengthen a high-performing revenue leadership team.
  • Foster a culture rooted in Varicent’s values.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in sales or revenue operations.
  • Experience scaling SaaS organizations from mid-stage to enterprise.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing revenue teams.
  • Experience with cross-sell or customer expansion strategies.
  • Strong executive presence with board-level interaction experience.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel (~25%).
