Requirements

• 5 years experience as a law clerk.
• Completion of Law Clerk program or equivalent.
• Excellent experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized and uses common sense.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
