Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience delivering high-quality experiences on large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated track record of maintaining high executional quality.
• Skilled in leading the design process from ambiguity to execution.
• Strong ability to mentor and influence others, including senior management.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex problem-solving.
• Proven success in driving design strategy and strong product sensibility.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating design concepts.
• Proficient in managing complex projects and timelines.
• Portfolio showcasing consumer-grade craftsmanship required.
