In Short

• Design high-quality visual content including pitch decks, blog graphics, event banners, social media creatives, and internal documents.
• Maintain and evolve the Saaf visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to design compelling visuals for campaigns and presentations.
• Create and manage design templates for fast iteration and scale.
• Assist in rebranding and design strategy projects as we grow.
• Translate abstract ideas into clear, attractive visuals that communicate effectively.
• Coordinate with external freelancers (e.g., deck designers) when needed and ensure brand alignment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills and branding projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of marketing principles and brand strategy.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
