Junior HR Associate - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring an Junior HR Associate to work directly with our Senior HR Manager (India). Your job is to own the admin side of hiring and internal HR workflows so that strategy, headhunting, and final interviews stay focused and fast.

In Short

• Set up interviews across time zones.
• Send calendar invites, Zoom/Meet links, reminders.
• Reschedule no-shows, confirm attendance, close the loop post-interview.
• Track candidate status in our hiring board (Linear or Notion).
• Chase pending feedback or documents (offers, addendums, NDAs).
• Management of tasks and reminders for the Senior HR Manager.
• Keep hiring trackers and checklists updated according to the requirements of the reporting manager.
• Provide status updates to the Senior HR Manager.
• This role is for someone who thrives on execution and getting things done quickly.
• Work closely with the Senior HR Manager to streamline hiring processes.
