Vanta is looking for a Senior Creative Producer to join the Brand Creative team and lead the production and execution of smart, brand-building campaigns that span across video, photo, digital, and integrated channels. In addition to campaign production, this role is responsible for overseeing the entirety of project management for the Brand Creative team, ensuring all day-to-day creative work is prioritized, resourced, and delivered smoothly.

• Own the full lifecycle of creative initiatives from intake to final delivery.
• Scope, budget, and manage production for advertising campaigns.
• Source, negotiate, and manage external partners for projects.
• Streamline workflows and approvals to improve efficiency.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment through meetings and reviews.
• Serve as the operational backbone of the Brand Creative team.
• Introduce new processes and tools to enhance creative output.
• Build trust across marketing and growth teams for campaign execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of creative production and/or project management experience.
• Understanding of advertising production: live-action, photo, animation, and digital.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience sourcing and managing creative vendors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Experience in high-growth tech/startup environments is a plus.
