Junior Creative Producer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Creative Producer responsible for the cycle of creating multiple series developed simultaneously.

In Short

• Collaborate closely with screenwriters at all stages of script creation.
• Participate in brainstorming and creative discussions to enhance plots and dialogues.
• Thorough proofreading and editing of scripts with the screenwriter.
• Prepare production-ready scripts for filming.
• Formulate presentation materials for project launch.
• Coordinate the team to align all aspects of the project start.
• Participate in sessions with the script group to develop new ideas.
• Analyze performance of released series, including ratings and audience feedback.
• Evaluate risks and opportunities when planning new adaptations.
• Understand modern trends in the film and series industry.

Requirements

• Experience in developing long-format scripts for film or television.
• Skills in production documentation and organization of pre-production meetings.
• Basic knowledge of editing techniques.
• Ability to write scripts or edit existing ones.
• Critical thinking skills for providing feedback at all stages.
• English language proficiency at B1 level.
