In Short

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define the ideal candidate profile.
• Source talents through LinkedIn, referrals, and creative sourcing methods.
• Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the process.
• Prepare offers and participate in final decision-making.
• Improve processes and test AI tools for recruitment.
• Maintain analytics in the ATS.

Requirements

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting (from briefing to offer).
• Specialization in non-tech areas: marketing, creative, design, operational roles.
• Strong communication, partnership, and openness.
• Willingness to experiment and learn new things (AI welcomed).
• English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.
