• The role will involve working with concepts around player motivations for different groups.
• Tailoring content to each source and identifying key success factors.
• Gathering and developing expertise in playable ads.
• Establishing best practices for using playable ad formats.
• Creating hit creatives that set trends across the entire genre.
• Generating ideas for advertising creatives independently and collaboratively.
• Writing video scripts and visualizing concepts through diagrams and storyboards.
• Analyzing creative performance and drawing conclusions based on metrics.
• Refining successful concepts based on user acquisition data.
• Working with a team of artists and animators to bring ideas to life.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing at a mobile game studio or publisher.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and ad production cycle.
• Ability to control key stages of the production process.
• Experience in identifying and interpreting market trends.
• Ability to generate and adapt successful ideas.
