Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Lead Game Designer
• An interest in genres like Idle Tycoon and player engagement
• Deep understanding of system game design principles
• Clear understanding of monetization strategies
• Experience managing multiple projects
• Extensive knowledge of the mobile gaming market
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with game analytics
• Ability to articulate and communicate a clear vision
• Strong leadership and human resources management skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
