UA Manager (Incent) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a talented UA Manager (Incent) to join our team! In this role, you'll develop CPE strategies, optimize key metrics calculations, and explore new traffic sources to fuel growth. If you're passionate about data-driven marketing and excited to fuel growth in mobile gaming, we’d love to hear from you!

In Short

• Launch and manage CPE activities, App Recommendations, and CPI campaigns
• Develop a CPE strategy by selecting target events, defining spending logic, and assessing their impact on the ARPU curve
• Conduct in-depth analysis and research
• Continuously identify and test new traffic channels
• Refine KPI calculations
• Work closely with the BI team to set ROI goals, refine the business model, and create fraud detection dashboards
• Plan and manage the budget

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads
• Experience with playtime/offerwall traffic, including platforms like Mistplay, Gamelight, Exmox, Tapjoy, AdAction, and other CPE channels
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
