Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing 5–7 paid ad campaigns.
• Experience managing freelancers/agencies and budgets over $50K.
• Ability to storyboard, shoot, edit, and deliver video ads quickly.
• 3–5 years crafting high-converting social campaigns.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite and Figma.
