In Short

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers focused on developing world-class developer productivity tools and infrastructure.
• Define and implement strategies for improvements in frontend infrastructure, developer tooling, and release processes.
• Drive the adoption and integration of tools, services, and APIs across the codebase.
• Stay abreast of emerging web technologies and assess their applicability.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand developer and client needs.
• Design and refine processes that enhance team operations.
• Champion best practices for web clients and frontend stacks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing technical teams of six or more engineers.
• Proven track record in building and improving frontend infrastructure and tooling.
• Deep knowledge of modern development practices and industry standards.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in hiring and mentoring engineers.
• Excellent communication skills to build consensus with stakeholders.
• Experience planning and executing on cross-org migrations.
