Overview

As the Executive Business Partner to Vanta’s Chief Product Officer and VP of Product, you will play a critical role in ensuring these leaders can focus on their most impactful work.

In Short

• Partner closely with senior executives, providing excellent administrative and operational support.
• Act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing complex calendars.
• Own travel and logistics end-to-end.
• Streamline communication and coordination among executives and teams.
• Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
• Maintain professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.
• Collaborate with the Executive Operations team for alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Strong business judgment and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working across functions and time zones.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust.
