Overview

As a Director of Engineering, you will lead and grow a dynamic engineering organization focused on evolving and scaling our Developer Platform and Engineering Services areas. You will have a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction for integrations and in reducing the complexity and time it takes to build, maintain, and publish integrations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product engineering leadership experience.
• Experience leading engineering organizations of 45+ in size.
• Passion for leading and coaching teams.
• Business acumen with platform principles understanding.
• Experience building a developer platform is a plus.
• Experience with customer-facing engineering teams is a plus.
• Experience managing contractors or development centers is a plus.
