Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in engineering or IT teams.
• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Hands-on experience with platform architecture implementation.
• Experience applying AI tools to development processes.
• Deep understanding of software development and DevOps practices.
• Experience with information security in software development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
