Account Executive, Client Services - Remote

Overview

The Account Executive, Client Services is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of client statements of work, coordinating resources, managing timelines and budgets, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

In Short

• Oversee implementation of client SOWs
• Coordinate internal and external resources

• Provide day-to-day communication with clients

• Assist with budget development and invoicing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of client services experience
• 1+ year of agency or pharmaceutical advertising experience
• Knowledge of digital marketing
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
