Overview

This position involves consulting with employers on the planning and execution of corporate events for employees, developing individual event concepts, and actively expanding our network of event locations and partners while working remotely from the Canary Islands.

In Short

  • Consults employers comprehensively on employee and corporate events from initial inquiry to final execution.
  • Creates individual event concepts and offers, conducts sales discussions, and oversees the process until contract signing.
  • Professionally manages client relationships via phone, email, and digital platforms.
  • Actively acquires new event locations and partners, maintaining existing contacts.
  • Works independently, structured, and goal-oriented in a remote setting.

Requirements

  • Strong sales talent with proven experience in sales.
  • Relevant professional experience in tourism, hotel, or event environments.
  • Strong commercial understanding with experience in offer calculation and contract signing.
  • Self-organized and motivated to work remotely from the Canary Islands.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
