Overview

The Manager of Real Estate & Housing Acquisition is responsible for acquiring housing for clients' employees, combining empathetic consulting with expertise in real estate marketing.

In Short

• Identify and acquire potential partners in the housing sector in Germany.
• Consult landlords, owners, and property management individually on operational housing concepts.
• Provide professional and positive service experiences to partners through various communication channels.
• Explain complex tax and financial topics related to housing in an understandable manner.
• Contribute actively to the development of services and processes in housing acquisition.

Requirements

• Professional experience in the real estate sector in Germany, e.g., as a broker or property manager.
• Ability to convey complex issues clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in IT systems, CRM tools, and digital applications.
• Work independently, structured, and responsibly.
• Excellent German language skills and a communicative, charismatic personality.
