• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Real Estate, or negotiating roles.
• 1+ year of experience as a real estate specialist preferred.
• Top-notch communication skills and phone etiquette required.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Detail-oriented and persuasive personality.
