Phone Sales Representatives - Remote

Overview

The client company is a high-performance Telecom Sales Team looking for full-time Phone Sales Representatives to take inbound live warm transfers of interested clients and sell Telecom Packages.

In Short

• Receive all incoming Warm Live Transfers with a smile and a great attitude.
• Follow up on all leads and requests for information in a timely manner.
• Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and nurture the client/company relationship.
• Monitor the sales process and document follow-up by tracking interaction details in the CRM.
• Assess the needs of the client using comparables and best practices.
• Accurately document the sales process and provide management with reports.
• Great attitude and positive mindset are a must!
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Call Centers, or Customer Service Roles.
• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills required.
• Familiarity with American Culture is a big plus.
