Overview

This position is for a Customer Advisor focusing on insurance consulting, providing support and guidance to clients on financial security and wellbeing.

In Short

  • Provide individual consulting to clients on financial wellbeing, insurance, and retirement.
  • Manage client inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Handle customer requests independently from consultation to implementation.
  • Explain complex insurance and financial topics in an understandable way.
  • Contribute to the development of services and processes in the field of insurance and financial wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Completed training or degree in the insurance sector or relevant banking experience.
  • Experience in customer or insurance consulting (B2C), preferably in property insurance.
  • Strong service and customer orientation with a passion for advisory roles.
  • Proficient in IT systems and CRM tools.
  • Independent, structured, and responsible working style with excellent German language skills.
