Overview

We are looking for a Customer Advisor (m/f/d) in the field of property and motor insurance to handle customer inquiries and manage insurance contracts.

In Short

• Main task is to process private customer inquiries in property and motor insurance via phone in second level support.
• Process insurance applications and existing contracts.
• Act as a point of contact for colleagues.
• Participate in projects and take on special tasks.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training in the insurance industry or several years of experience in the insurance environment.
• Ideally, professional experience in composite insurance.
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Enjoy project work and teamwork.
