Requirements

• Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance sales experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of P&C insurance customer service experience.
• P&C Insurance License or Personal Lines Insurance License required.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong customer focus.
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload.
