Customer Advisor for Commercial & Industrial Insurance - Remote

Overview

Welcome to Contrust. We are an independent, owner-managed insurance broker focusing on commercial and industrial insurance. For over 27 years, we have been advising our medium-sized clients throughout Germany with a dedicated team of 28 colleagues. Our offices are located in Karlsfeld near Munich and in Leipzig. Some, particularly experienced team members, work 100% from home.

In Short

• Independent management of our commercial clients (companies with approximately 50 employees or more) in composite insurance sectors (excluding motor, life, health)
• Daily consulting of our corporate clients on technical issues
• Negotiation of renewals, tenders, and comparison of terms
• Preparation and participation in annual discussions with the field service when necessary
• Active participation in shaping the company within the framework of our OKR methodology - e.g., in digitization or optimization of internal processes

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an insurance broker or insurer in the field of commercial or industrial insurance in a comparable position
• Solid knowledge in at least one of the composite sectors such as fire-industrial, operational, and product liability, etc.
• Completed training as an insurance merchant or insurance specialist, alternatively: relevant degree
• Enthusiasm for actively shaping the future of Contrust beyond customer support and personal development
