Customer Service Representative for Auto Insurance (Remote Option Available)

Overview

Welcome to Contrust, an independent insurance broker focusing on commercial and industrial insurance. With over 27 years of experience, we advise our medium-sized clients across Germany with a dedicated team. Our locations are in Karlsfeld near Munich and Leipzig. For particularly experienced applicants, full home-office work is also possible.

In Short

• Focus on processing auto claims, including damage assessment, negotiation with insurers, and communication with clients (approx. 70% of the time)
• Consulting our commercial clients in the field of auto insurance, particularly in tenders, contract adjustments, and client communication (approx. 30% of the time)
• Contract management for small and large fleets
• Active participation in the company's development through our OKR methodology - e.g., in digitization or optimization of internal processes

Requirements

• Initial experience at an insurance broker, insurance agency, or insurance company (career changers from the fields of freight forwarding or traffic law are also possible upon consultation)
• Knowledge in auto insurance
• Completed training in insurance / insurance specialist or relevant studies. For career changers, we offer internal training to become an insurance specialist
• Willingness to actively shape the future of Contrust beyond customer service and to develop personally
