Field Customer Advisor and Acquisitor - Commercial & Industrial Insurance - Remote

Overview

Welcome to Contrust. We are an independent, owner-managed insurance broker focused on commercial and industrial insurance. For over 27 years, we have been advising our medium-sized clients across Germany with a dedicated team of 28 colleagues. Our locations are in Karlsfeld near Munich and in Leipzig. For particularly experienced applicants, full home office work is also possible.

In Short

• Responsible management of our commercial clients (companies with approximately 50 employees) in composite lines, with support from the internal team.
• Conducting annual discussions on-site or digitally.
• Acquisition of new clients – from lead generation through analysis of the insurance system to presentation.
• Bringing in existing client connections is desirable.
• Active involvement in the company within our OKR methodology, e.g., in digitization or optimization of internal processes.

Requirements

• At least several years of experience with an insurance broker or insurance agency.
• Solid knowledge in composite lines such as fire industry, liability (excluding motor vehicles, life, health).
• Completed training in insurance / insurance specialist or relevant studies.
• Enjoyment in approaching and acquiring new companies.
• Willingness to actively shape the future of Contrust beyond customer service and to develop personally.
