Junior Customer Advisor in Finance - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Junior Customer Advisor in Finance who will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.

• Position available as soon as possible for 1 year with an option for extension.
• 39 hours per week based in Hannover, Germany.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally in the banking sector.
• Initial practical experience in customer service is desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office and Avaloq.
• Fluent in German at C1 level.
• Service-oriented and reliable work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility.
