The Group Compensation Specialist supports the implementation and administration of compensation programs across multiple regions. This role provides guidance on compensation practices, ensures consistency with global principles and contributes to maintaining pay equity and transparency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of compensation experience.
• Hands-on experience with salary range frameworks.
• Solid understanding of compensation principles.
• Familiarity with pay equity concepts.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Good English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
