• Strong background in software engineering, DevOps, QA, and infrastructure operations.
• Proven success managing technology budgets and vendors.
• Data-driven mindset with experience managing KPIs.
• Excellent communication and leadership presence.
• 5+ years of experience as a director or manager of engineering.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
