Talent & HR Coordinator - Remote

Overview

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruiting and wants exposure to the broader HR lifecycle. As Talent & HR Coordinator for a Valsoft portfolio, you’ll support end-to-end hiring while coordinating key HR processes that keep teams running smoothly.

In Short

• Coordinate and support the full recruiting process including intake, job postings, and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements.
• Support offer process logistics and onboarding handoff.
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience.
• Support onboarding and offboarding administration.
• Maintain HR records and trackers with confidentiality.
• Assist with employee changes and route approvals.
• Prepare basic HR reporting for the portfolio.
• Help standardize templates and workflows across portfolio companies.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR coordination.
• Strong organization and follow-through skills.
• Excellent written communication in German and English.
• Comfort handling confidential information.
• Experience with an ATS and basic HRIS systems is a plus.
• Exposure to multi-country hiring is a plus.
• Interest in HR topics beyond hiring is a plus.
• Languages: English and German required; French a plus.
