Overview

We are hiring at InnQuest Software for a Customer Support Representative to join our growing Hospitality Management Software team in North America!

In Short

  • Provide support for all InnQuest products.
  • Facilitate case management and solutions.
  • Assess and diagnose client issues.
  • Articulate solutions via telephone, e-mail, and chat.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in Hotel Front Desk Operations preferred.
  • Work in a remote model.
  • Participate in shift rotation.
  • Monitor and respond to user-reported issues.
  • Log client issues and follow up on unresolved issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in Hotel Front Desk Operations or Hotel Front Office Management.
  • roomMaster hospitality management software experience is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in technical support and troubleshooting skills.
  • High knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
  • Technical certification is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
