The Senior IT Operations Administrator will manage and support enterprise applications, ensuring a streamlined operation while providing excellent customer service and technical support to end users.

In Short

• Provide end user technical support on applications built in Java and .Net.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in IT operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Understanding of object-oriented databases and SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with .Net, Java, and web technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with SSO, log monitoring tools, and financial services.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within timelines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client service focus.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
