Overview

The Client Solutions Coach will provide personalized coaching and support to clients, focusing on enhancing their experience with the AI coaching platform while fostering strong relationships with organizations in Asia.

• Part-time, contract role with flexible hours (~10 hours per week).

• 3+ years of professional experience in coaching, training, or facilitation strongly preferred.
• Ability to service clients in Asian time zones.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Japanese required.
• High velocity execution skills with natural attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation and virtual facilitation skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships virtually.
