Overview

The Associate Director is responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue and profitability. This position establishes and develops client relationships as well as works with one or more recruiters to fulfill open job orders.

In Short

  • Establish and maintain target list developing client relationships.
  • Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives.
  • Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
  • Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity and manage a book of business.
  • Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions.
  • Work with business stakeholders to plan and deliver projects effectively.
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Achieve results consistently, even under tough circumstances.
  • Communicate effectively with different audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 0 to 18 months of experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting preferred.
  • CPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation a plus.
  • Previous experience in recruiting or business development a plus.
