The Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and optimize high-performance systems that power a modern Online Travel Agency (OTA), supporting large-scale booking, search, pricing, and reservation workflows.

In Short

Design, develop, and maintain core OTA services.
Build and optimize integrations with third-party travel suppliers.
Architect scalable, distributed systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Contribute to the full software development lifecycle.
Develop and maintain automated tests.
Monitor and troubleshoot production issues.
Champion engineering excellence and best practices.
Mentor junior engineers.
Stay current with industry trends.

Requirements

6+ years of professional experience.
Strong proficiency in backend languages.
Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of API development.
Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Experience with automated testing frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Prior OTA or travel tech experience is a plus.
Comfortable using various digital systems.
