Junior Partner Success Manager - Remote

In Short

• Build strong, consultative relationships with partners through regular communication.
• Provide trainings and presentations on products and new features.
• Onboard and train new partners for success.
• Support existing partners with prompt responses and assistance.
• Coordinate across company teams to address partner needs.
• Prepare recommendations to improve project performance.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
• Experience managing relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
• Experience with streaming platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms like Tableau or Amplitude is a plus.
