Amazon Virtual Assistant with Logistics & Supplier Management Experience - Remote

Overview

As an Amazon Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting private label Amazon sellers with various backend tasks to ensure their business runs smoothly.

In Short

• Conduct daily product research to identify profitable products and market trends.
• Manage communications with Amazon regarding refunds, disputes, and open cases.
• Monitor stock levels, track shipments, and manage reorders.
• Research and track competitors' strategies and performance.
• Handle supplier relationships and source new products from overseas suppliers.
• Create and optimize product listings using flat files.
• Address customer inquiries and manage feedback.
• Compile regular reports related to sales and inventory.
• Help maintain a healthy account and grow the Amazon store.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or College Graduate.
• Amazon experience, preferably with a background in Logistics & Supplier Management.
• Background in Finance is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willing to work on a graveyard shift is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new processes.
• Available for full-time work.
