In Short

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects, coordinating between different teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and budget tracking.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support project initiatives and executive decision-making.
  • Coordinate communication and follow-up on action items from meetings with stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the executive team.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and maintain confidentiality.
  • Support daily operational tasks and collaborate with other administrative staff when necessary.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
