Overview

The Sales Specialist, LabChip is responsible for direct sales of the LabChip GX and GXII Touch Microfluidics Platforms and Consumables primarily in the Mid-Atlantic region, focusing on managing key accounts and developing new business.

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel locally and overnight.

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Life Science or Chemistry.
  • 1-3 years of prior sales or laboratory experience.
  • Experience selling instrumentation to biopharmaceutical laboratories.
  • Understanding of protein and nucleic acid therapeutics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proactive mindset with a sense of responsibility.
  • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
